The whole thing is very punk, and even at the main fair, among the multi-million dollar Picassos and museum worthy Baselitz's, there was whispers that Basel Social Club was the show to see.
"There's over a trillion dollars in art in private hands, and only a sliver of that is leveraged," Chinn said. "People borrow against houses every day. Why not art?"
